At My Commerical Kitchen, we want to make sure it’s an easy process to hire & use our kitchens.
We require to following:
Key and Remote Bond Deposit
You will need a Remote to open the security gate on the property on occasions and a Master Key to unlock the door to the property. The bond for this is $200, which is refundable once you have returned both.
Cleaning Bond Deposit
Sadly it is now necessary to charge a cleaning bond as some previous tenants have left the kitchen in a very unclean state. This bond is $300 and once you are no longer using the premises and it has been left clean to my satisfaction then that bond money will be refunded.
Current Food Safety Supervisors Certificate, also known as the ‘Green Certificate’ is required
Please scan and email your Food Safety Certificate and also provide me with the following:
Please note a FSS Certificate is required to lease space at My Commercial Kitchen

A current Food Authority Notification Document?
Please scan and email the Food Authority Document to me and provide:

Who Do I Notify?
Business insurance, including public liability?
Kindly email us a copy of your current Certificate of Currency
Please note you are required to carry business insurance, including public liability to lease space at My Commercial Kitchen
Workers Compensation Insurance?
Kindly email us a copy of your current Certificate of Currency
Please note you are required to have Workers Compensations insurance to lease space at My Commercial Kitchen
